Privacy
howsmyhuman lets you share a page, photos and videos with only the people who can answer your questions. It's built so that we can't see what you share.
What we can't read
Your photos, videos, page text and the answers to your questions are locked on your device before they reach us. The keys that unlock them stay on your device and on the devices of the people you let in. We store only the locked copies, and nothing we hold can open them.
What we store
- Your Google account's email address and account id, from Google sign-in. We ask Google for nothing else.
- Your page's name and your questions. Visitors need to see the questions, so they are not locked.
- Public keys for your devices, and locked keys meant for specific devices.
- Who asked to see whose page, when, and whether they were let in. We count attempts to limit guessing.
- A notification address for your device, so we can tell it someone is waiting.
- For the waitlist: your email and a salted hash of your IP address, used only to stop abuse.
What we don't do
No ads, no tracking scripts, and we don't sell or share your data. Notifications we send carry no content.
Deleting
Anything you upload stays until you delete it. To delete your account and everything we hold for it, email privacy@uoos.one.
